Beautiful Surprise Song Lyrics
It’s like yesterday
I didn’t even know your name
Now today
You’re always on my mind
I never could have predicted that I’d feel this way
You are a beautiful surprise
Intoxicated every time I hear your voice
You’ve got me on a natural high
It’s almost like I didn’t even have a choice
You are a beautiful surprise
Whatever it is that you came to teach me
I am here to learn it cause
I believe that we are written in the stars
I don’t know what the future holds
But I’m living in the moment
And I’m thankful for the man that you are, you are, you are
You are everything I ask for in my prayers
So I know my angels brought you to my life
Your energy is healing to my soul
You are a beautiful surprise
You are an inspiration to my life
You are the reason why I smile
You are a beautiful surprise
perhaps

Feelings and Things
I often get inspired to blog by way of firsthand life experiences and wonderful conversations with my sister friends. Discussion as of late has been great and I felt that this would be another great opportunity to spark dialogue. I originally wanted to title this post “Cards on the Table But This Ain’t Poker”; however, my friends told me that the title was too long and complex. Essentially, I just wanted to emphasize that the next moves to be made in life will not be a game. Topic for discussion being Feelings and Things. More specifically why should you put all of your feelings out there?
As one reaches adulthood, I would tend to think that this whole expressing oneself would get easier. However, this may not necessarily be the case all of the time. And no matter how much of a great communicator you are, there are still some things that are difficult to convey. Disclosing ones feelings can be among these difficult things. Which begs the question, why should you tell someone important how you really feel and why does it seem so hard? My friends and I have come up with several reasons why this act can be difficult.
1. You fear that the feelings may not be reciprocated.
2. You’re afraid that things may negatively change after the reveal.
3. You think that the reveal will have absolutely no affect.
The general conclusion even after examining hypothetical, pessimistic results seems to be the same across the board. The old saying that “a closed mouth doesn’t get fed” applies. I also added that if there is a big risk, there also lies the potential for a big reward. That reward could be that the individual feels the same way about you in return, thus making the agonizing decision to reveal all the more worth it. My last point is living life without regrets. One should never have to wonder, what if? years down the road. And if you don’t reveal your true feelings, you run the risk of forfeiting something great and could stand to lose more than just your pride.
Hope you enjoyed. Reveal yourself only when it feels right. Best wishes. Jane out!

1. Only You Are Responsible For Your Success Or Failure
We are all so accustomed to blaming someone else when things go wrong in our lives. However, when it comes to your health and fitness, only you are in charge of your success or failure. No one can force you to eat what your body doesn’t need and no one can discourage you from working out. When you realize that you are solely responsible for your health, you will take steps to get on that treadmill immediately. Everyone can succeed and reach their goals if they really want to; it all boils down to how much you do want it.
2. Plan Your Routine
Create a weekly plan of diets and workout timings and routine. Go over your schedule with a fine tooth comb and decide what the best times are for you in the week to take that brisk walk, that swim or even hit the gym. With a good plan in place, you’ll know immediately when a slip occurs. At least you’ll get a 70% workout status with a good plan.
3. Move Out Of Your Comfort Zone
People will do almost anything to stay in their comfort zones. If you want to accomplish anything at all, then get out of your comfort zone. Go somewhere else, do something different and bring in some order and discipline to your life.
Love this!
